The provision of certified protective clothing and protective shoes is carried out on a timely basis in accordance with the requirements of legal acts, the Collective Agreement of JSC IDGC of the North-West and on the basis of results of assessment of workplaces by labor conditions.

In 2012 99.4% of employees were provided with protective clothing resistant to the thermal effect of an electric arc.
