  • in Novgorodenergo functions of the software and hardware complex (SHC) of NCC were expanded — creation of the storage system for historical data;
  • establishment of NCC in Novgorodenergo branch, 3rd stage: supply of SHC ENMAC-DPA/GIS, start-up works;
  • in Pskovenergo NCC a video wall was installed, a new dispatcher switchboard Siemens HiPath-4000 was assembled and five sets of recorders of dispatcher conversations Echo+ were supplied.

Development of electricity metering systems

According to the Program for development of electricity metering systems in the retail electricity market in distribution networks of JSC IDGC of the North-West the following works on installation/modernization and automation of information-measuring complexes have been performed:

  • Arkhenergo — 511 metering points in the retail electricity market were installed in 2012;
  • Vologdaenergo — 1,064 metering points in the retail electricity market were installed in 2012;
  • Karelenergo — the number of metering points in the retail electricity market installed/modernized in 2012 — 2,149;
  • Kolenergo — 459 metering points in the retail electricity market were installed in 2012;
