In accordance with sub-clause 25 of clause 15.1 of the Articles of Association of JSC IDGC of the North-West, approval of the Company's registrar and terms and conditions of the agreement made with it is referred to the competence of the Company's Board of Directors. The resolution of the Board of Directors of November 25, 2010 (Minutes No. 66/6) approves the appointment of Open Joint-Stock Company Registrator R.O.S.T. as the Company's registrar and approves terms and conditions of the agreement for provision of services of keeping a register of registered securities made between JSC IDGC of the North-West and JSC Registrator R.O.S.T.

In accordance with the agreement made with the registrar, JSC IDGC of the North-West performs functions of acceptance from registered persons and their authorized representatives and transfer to the registrar of information and documents required for the performance of operations in the register and the functions of acceptance from the registrar and transfer to registered persons and their authorized representatives of information and documents received from the registrar.
